We finally got a chance to take Chris out for his birthday dinner of choice. The crazy weather and schedules delayed the celebration by a couple of weeks and really should have delayed it another couple of days. We had another fierce storm (rain, wind tons of power outages) which made the trip to Langley a LOT longer than normal. His choice? The Olive Garden.
I’m not usually THAT blown away by the service, it’s hit and miss at best, but the food is usually good. Mine was so NOT last night but Chris who was the special guest, he enjoyed his steak (go figure, go to an Italian restaurant and have steak!)
There was couple love…
Of course there was also some Brotherly love..
It was nice to go out as a family for a change. We don’t get a chance to do that much anymore.
