Dress up day at work today. Not too many people made the effort, less than usual actually but whatever. Halloween was my fave ‘holiday’ as a Kid and part of me still loves it. We normally do this traditional Tim Horton’s thing before the trick or treating.. but this year it was raining and both of the Kids are too old for that now.

Instead we picked up Chris after work and then did Rotten Ronnies and a donut ‘n coffee (well Hot Chocolate) run for dessert. We did the Krispy Kreme instead. In fact I’m sipping my coffee now as I speak.. or rather type. Mmmmm

What was nice was Tom was with us for a change. He was working it last year and this time had it off! He’s missed all the trick or treating years though due to either distance or work. Still got to enjoy part of the tradition though.

Too damn cold and rainy to walk around. Feel sorry for the parents who’s kids are still draggin them around out there…brrrrrr.

Yep we were down in Bellingham again! This time we went down with the aim to get most of the U.S. Family gifts bought and mailed off. Yeah it’s early but we may not get another chance before then to get down there with Tom’s hours usually be opposite of mine.

We took care of just about everyone so, COOL!! Of course what would a trip to Bellingham be without a stop at Ross? $90.00 Canadian netted me two tops, three sweaters, a corderoy jacket and a pair of pants.. LOVE THAT STORE!!!! Too damn bad it’s so picked over. Well probably a good thing cos if it weren’t I would be spending way too much there…

We did breakfast at the IHOP (where they gave Sean a lil kids cup with a lid for his milk (he was quite amused)

Then on to Linner at Anthony’s. In between of course it was the above mentioned Xmas shopping and clothing shopping etc.

Oh yeah we also so this realy cool mini Classic Car Rally, seemed to be a more casual one than a big organized deal but still cool to see some of these beauties. Too bad it was raining though we didn’t get a chance to browse too long.

After we ate our Linner we were doing a quick drive around and looking at the other side of the Marina. We passed a boat who’s name made me laugh. I asked Tom if he could go back so we could get a picture of it…

Something I have found incredibly amusing is looking at my site visitor stats. I can see who’s visiting, well to some degree, I see the internet facing IP address and their ISP, where they are geographically located, or at least rather where their ISP is located which in many cases is the same place… but even better, I can see the internet searches that lead strangers or in some cases, strange folks to this page.

Search engines are a funny thing, you can get such a range of results, often nowhere near what you were actually looking for, because in the same site there could be someone with say the word, big and the word uhhh ok for example let’s use boobs. In my case I could be calling someone a big boob OR located on the same page I may be talking about a big event and then calling say people who drive erratically boobs. Some horn-dog does a search for big boobs and BAM they end up here.

In fact just today I checked and found to my delight was someone doing a search ‘tight pissy’. Now I’m thinking this particular horn-dog was not only a piggy-boy but also a lousy typist.. (or as least I hope so eeeewwwww). After sitting there in what I’m sure was anticipation they found my blog and my rant about being pissy…I would say PROBABLY not quite what they had expected to get (insert deflation sound effect here.)

There have been other searches, many for Stockard Channing! (Tom says which are perfectly justified and he says ’see see it’s not just me’)other examples.. ‘man slave’, ‘personal toy’.. of course there have also been more along the same lines as ‘tight pissy’ reason enough for me to keep looking every so often…

We are off to B’ham tomorrow. We decided to take it easy today and just be slugs and enjoy a down-time do nothing, sloth type day. Tomorrow it’s trying to take care of the US Family’s Xmas gifts and get them off in the mail. My goal is to be DONE with Christmas, at least the stressful part before the end of this month. Crossing fingers!!!

We went to the Olive Garden for dinner and although the service left a bit to be desired.. the food was good! We had the dippiest Waitress ever, she went with the noodle head Waiter we had the previous time we were there alone. Took FOREVER to get the salad!! Tom commented on how there was so many Wait-Staff in the area (it seems more than in the average restaurant) but they still can’t seem to keep up!

After dinner we tried to stop by the Best Buy but it was dark and closed! We saw some Emergency Vehicles a little further down the mall area so maybe they had an issue like a power failure, I saw life in the building near the door. We stopped by the Future Shop to do some comparison shopping to see if the deal we can get through a work discount at an appliance store is actually a good deal. We found part of it is, and part isn’t particularly the stove. Gonna have to do a bit more shopping before we decide. It may sway in the direction of who will take away the old ones if ya know what I mean.

After we got home Tom opened his cards and gifts that I got him. I got him a DVD of ‘The Girl Most Likely To’ which is the movie that he got the hots for Stockard Channing. He had told me about it a longggg time ago and when I saw it was being released on DVD it was a NO BRAINER!! It was gonna be one of his Xmas gifts but it arrived in time so I added it to the B’day booty.

I also got him a Vera Wang for Men gift set. That is one of the SEXIEST colognes ever and smells REALLY HOT on him. I’ve gifted him with that a few times. It’s sold exclusively through Holt Renfrew here (a VEDDY VEDDY posh store). The first time I sniffed it on a sample I knew it would smell great on him and he loved it too. It’s mmmmmm.

Thank you Hon for being born! I love youuuuuu!!
